I started out the week strong and by the end of the week (aka weekend...) I became weak. I need to know the killer foods, which for me right now are alcoholic products. At least I made it down in the 170's! (Barely!) Whew this week I am going to have to be more hardcore to keep that number going down. Within two weeks I want to be below 175. I decided that I if I can get down another 10 pounds in 26 days then I will be happy enough when I leave for Europe. Who knows? Maybe I will continue to lose weight while over there because I will be on a food budget. We shall see, this means that I need to lose 3 pounds per week still, which is lofty. But maybe if I try a lower carb/higher protein and raw foods diet, it will come off. I need to think about this some more.
