Just hit 60lbs lost!!!!! Feeling better than I have in years!!!! I haven’t been under 245lbs in 15 years. I have a long way to go, but I am 60 percent to my goal. Have a great day everyone and keep an eye on the prize.
244.5 lb Lost so far: 60.3 lb.    Still to go: 64.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
