La Austin's Journal, 17 June 2011

I don't feel the need to eat as much (naturally). I'm more active thanks to my PT & We are eating A LOT more healthier!!!!! I don't think I will journal my food daily but I will update my weight!!!! 10 more lbs to loose.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week

I do need the accountablity of putting my food in and I would like to be 165 by Aug.1 I can do it. I will increase my activity level and eat 1700-2000 cal per day! LetsgooooooooooO
