Started the non to run program this week. Calories were higher than normal but still lost this weight. Still eating a mostly vegetable, eggs, and chicken diet. Mainly No white starch, sugar, or packaged foods. For the last 8 weeks I have been walking mainly at day light. I feel so much better.
220.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1813 kcal Fat: 84.00g | Prot: 79.85g | Carb: 200.57g.   Breakfast: Maple Syrup , Butter , Plain Yogurt, Walnuts, Nature's Place Organic Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch: Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless) , Plain Yogurt, Boiled Egg, StarKist Foods Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Carrots, Annie Chun's Roasted Seaweed Snacks - Sesame. Dinner: Cooked Collards (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Roasted Potato (Fat Added in Cooking), Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other: Tillamook Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Orchard Valley Harvest Dark Chocolate Almonds (1 oz), Bananas , Apples . more...
