Praise be to God Looking forward to this VBS week I look forward to it every year. Finally scheduled my colonoscopy, not looking forward to it but it is important to maintain overall good health. God is so awesome I will make my goal and exceed it I will be under 140 Thanks be to God and him alone.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
