Effin' A :)

I think I am in love with the gym scale.
Not as much as I had hoped, but with the spikey days I have had, it is acceptable.
What a relief!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
