Today is my first weeks completion and I have happy to say that I am 12 pounds lighter than last week. yeyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!! Lord kepp giving the strenght and determination to continue. It is really hard to stay alway from all that good food. The exercise is also hard............I am dancing my pounds away instead.
