Considering the food I’ve had this week that’s actually quite good. Out again tonight and tomorrow lunch. I try for good choices but it’s difficult when people are providing it - and I just eat whatever they serve me. So increasing my walking and prepared a meal plan for next week that should see me lose something.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.2 lb a week
