Well darn, up a pound from last weigh in, but still down from last week, so I guess I am ok. 7 lbs lost in three weeks of induction. Moving on to OWL today. I struggle to get in my veggie carbs. Really need to research how to be more creative!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
