Yeah!! Even though I went over my calories yesterday, I ate lightly for dinner and didn't eat a ton just because I normally would.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1682 kcal Fat: 47.03g | Prot: 65.01g | Carb: 258.91g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Milk (Whole). Lunch: Buffalo Chicken Wrap, Hawaiian Breeze with Splenda Smoothie. Dinner: Bacon, Green Snap Beans, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Light Sour Cream, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Cupcake without Icing or Filling (Not Chocolate), Orange Soda, Hawaiian shaved ice, Ice Cubes, Orange Juice. more...
