A little blip up overnight of 100grams but overall for this week have lost a whopping 1.5kg. Very pleased with that.

On top of that the inflammation has gone on the left side of the body. Size wise I reduced 3 to 4cm in waist, hips, chest and back as well as 1 cm or so for all other areas. Amazing for one week.

Very pleased with this. Was able to source a healthy meal mediterranean style when I went out to lunch yesterday too. Just because you have a way of eating doesn't mean you should stop socialising. Had a warm salad with roasted veges, walnuts and goats cheese with a small amount of lamb. I calculated calories as best I could.

Next stop 80kg!

182.5 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome work! It's good to look at larger episodes of time (week, month etc) In finding it helpful in days where there's no change or an increase. Glad to hear that the inflammation is receding as well. 💚
