Sunday weigh-ins for rest of year! 10 Weeks till Christmas & only 11 weeks till Dec 31, saying goodbye to 2022! It's gonna race by; still time to make a BIG difference to your health to ring in 2023 right :). I've always found it TOO easy to slide and just give up right about now: cooler days, Thanksgiving done, buying Halloween candy (and I didn't even have kids ringing a doorbell! LOL), Christmas baking (or just eating bakery goods ), making false promises to "start in the New Year". No more waiting!

One of my favourite sayings: "It doesn't matter what you eat between Christmas and New Year's; it matters what you eat between New Year's and Christmas." This time still matters! Let's goooooo wooohoooo
303.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
