I spent the week in the field, not watching what I was eating at all, huge dinners but a lot of physical work. I am very pleased I managed to stay 65 cons dieting after the weekend away I thought I put on 2 kg again. Friday will be my weigh in now, although I seem to tick to exercise and healthy eating better when I'm checking regularly. Next first I would like to have broken the 64 mark.
