yeah- only .2 above ldw which I expected since I will bounce a little now that Im off hcg. been craving a blueberry smoothie so Im having that for lunch and going to a bbq tonight. p3 goals- add in things slowly. drink water water water and start adding in my weights and exersise. have a great weekend.
