started doing 24 hour fasts 5 weeks ago. today I completed a 42 hour fast. I feel so much clearer and thrilled with my weight loss and 6" overall !!
139.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
