Increased my walking speed, lowered my time to a mile by 2 minutes! The victories no matter how big or small...celebrate them!
441.0 lb Lost so far: 237.6 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations on your NSV! Maybe I'm a little partial but I think it's a big deal because it's something I've been working on too. I realized with the weight loss I'm aching less and am moving quicker and with ease. I think it's evidence our bodies appreciate it when we treat them well. 2 minutes is a nice difference! I am walking further than a mile but I am nowhere near a decrease of 2 minutes per mile. That's a lot! :)
