I had a big beer last night and I had a bunch of cookies (4) and two twinkie type of pastry, one of them covered in chocolate. I knew it was not a good idea, but I was craving unhealthy food. I hate PMS, it always messes up with my head.
267.9 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 124.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
