Katsolo's Journal, 27 September 2022

Slow creep the past couple of months. This is why I weigh daily. There's some water retention here, but I need to keep focused on intake and exercise. That said, I'm not advocating for anyone else to do anything I'm doing.

Blob down (still up over past couple of months), water way up, muscle up. Definite water retention from the carne asada sodium feast. I actually ended up rinsing the last of it off in a colander last night because it was just too salty for me.

No real exercise last night as life was interrupted with a phone call. No biggie, all is well. Hustled around the house but not as much as walking or other stuff.

Yeah, honestly, it’s just habit at this point. And I think it’s good one for me. May not work for everyone that way, but it is for me. 🤪

it's funny, I held steady through most of the past three years. the past six months where I stopped walking daily are what's probably done it to me. getting my steps back up past 10,000 is so important. everything else is great, but that's the key for me.
