While I'm happy about the weight loss, I've been going up and down so much lately that it's hard to believe those pounds are gone for good. I know weigh fluctuations are normal, and that the closer you get to goal the harder you have to work. So I'm in for the long haul. Low carb for life! I know how bad carbs are for me, but they still call my name in the grocery store. I'm trying to avoid the bread aisle, the cookie and cracker aisle, the cereal aisle, and the bakery. Even with that, stores put tempting things around every corner to create impulse purchases, so it is sort of torture to go to the store some times. I'm sure all of you can relate.
