happy to say that I'm still on track w/ my goals and hope you are too!!, Dr. is tlkg about a medication change as one of my meds is affecting my liver tests a little more than it should. time for a change anyways!!!,well it's a double date w/the wife this weekend as we go to the movies to see "the judge", &Dracula untold.. And 2dinners I'll be anal over a few #weight gain after eating out!!,happens every time till it stabilizes during the week lol. have a great weekend!!
130.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
