took a week to get back on track, but I'm doing it 🥵🎉 when I eat bad food, I can't stop because it's so addictive and lacks nutrition. But when I eat healthy, I actually get full and satiated (with half the calories and 3x the protein). hope I can do better this weekend 😅 there's a bday party I'm going to tomorrow and a football game Sunday 🤞🤪
143.6 lb Lost so far: 54.3 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
