Only worked out 2 days this week. Need to start week 7 over again. Still ate well though.
182.6 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I do that too, if I don't get in at least 5 of the work outs, I redo that week. so my first round was actually 16 weeks but I was happy with my results. Good lucks. looks like you're doing great.

Thanks Orion - I was actually prepared to see a gain this week and the big loss was a pleasant surprise. It's tough to get back in the rhythm of things once you miss more than 2 days...I'm still not consistent again yet. Nice to know that I can go at my own pace though (12 weeks, 16 weeks, whatever) and still get results. Good luck to you too!
