Great last few days! Ate well, for the most part, yesterday was a little much but it was a good workout day. I ran 2 miles and did 600 push ups. It was very good. I am currently at 2,300 for the month and only need 700 more to meet the monthly goal. One of my junior black belt students has more than me and he might male it to 3,000 today but we will see at the end of the day. This has been really fun!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
