I went back to my original weight again... Damn it! Big drinking weekend. think my target will need to go down to 1500 a day rather than 2000 until I'm at my goal weight. Either way, I need to set a 500 calorie deficit per day... And go!
147.7 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
