I've been off of Atkins for a little over a week, which started when I had a cold, and just wanted to eat soup and bread -- not protein. Strangely, I lost 3 pounds in that week. I still haven't gotten back on Atkins, because I really need to grocery shop ...
I think my body needed a change. I'm still logging my food on MFP, so I'm aware of my caloric intake.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.7 lb a week
