I find that when I make a goal that is this specific and has a purpose attached to it it is harder to reach. for example if I reach 237 pounds I will have lost 100 pounds in a year. But of course because I want it so badly these last ten pounds seem to be taking me forever! I'm not gaining which makes me very very happy but I'm not losing which causes a large amount of frustration when I am so close to my goal. As of this morning I weighed in at 242.8, that's 5.8 pounds away from achieving my goal... I think I can I think I can I think I can !
