What those 8 days everyday since last friday 09 sep to 16 Sep did 8 km or more daily exercycle still same result measn it become muscle mass.Any way feeling tighhter stomach and all lovehandles bit getting reduced stomach getting insdie type still strange same weight .it was 84.5 kg 8 days back and now 84.7 kg any way main aim is to convert fat into muscles.
186.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.4 lb a week
