Yesterday when I weighed myself I'd gone up almost a pound. I couldn't bring myself to log it. I really needed this number today.

Spending all day at Disney for the food and wine festival. There will be lots of eating, but also lots of walking. I'm going to try to not go crazy, but this week I'll be focusing on some detox, I'm sure.
165.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
