losing 1.6 lb a week

I started my exercise program 6 weeks ago, my trainer and I set a goal of 1 lb per week of loss, with an ultimate goal of 190. Today's weigh-in puts me at 7 lbs in 6 weeks which is hopefully a sign of the reduced calorie intake along with the exercise starting to move ahead of schedule.
