well, after a weeks hiatus, and eventful Anniversary trip, (I say eventful because on our 24th Anniversary dinner, the fuel pump went out on our car!! $$$ we weren't expecting)!!!. wife said if its all the same to you, this is a number I'd just as soon forget!! (Agreed!). other than that, had a great time, did some scouting, as Beaufort, SC is an area we are considering a relocation to.
walked a lot, watched what we ate, even when eating out, and while not weighing myself but one time while away, and even then only a #difference, I'm very pleased with the weights for the past 2,weeks!! today is a little down, but my average is within my goal at 131#. have a great weekend, and keep plugging away at your goals!!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
