Cheated with some onion rings yesterday. They were delicious!!! Tried to balance it out by eating right later in the day, but it was just too many carbs. Oh well, back on track today 👍
142.6 lb Lost so far: 55.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
