Glad the scale has moved down. Seems like i have been plateauing, must keep on trying. Started soy isoflavones(50 mg), hylauronic acid (100 mg), biotin (5000 mcg), d3 (5000 mg).
141.2 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
