Yo Yo - Weekends are doind me in still.Back up again. Back is still out of whack. Got to exercise but too much pain. I'll never make it by Sept.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
