rufus, have reviewed our most recent numbers, and all i can say is, "dude, we're totally trending in the wrong direction." it's time for the team to sit down and reassess our current operations for performance and goal-achieving gaps, then map clear action lines to (a) get back on/get back to target trend(s) and (b) ensure proper incentives/motivators, monitors, and triggers/alarms are in place to maintain desired trending. please take the lead in setting up a meeting before week's end.
