been away for a while, gonna try to get back to it. Goal is to lose 60lbs in one year so I will look good on our Alaska cruise for our 25th. Five pounds a month should be doable?
207.4 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
