it's been a struggle these last week. plateaus are the worst...but sometimes a shock for the system in necessary. don't get complacent by eating the same things. make your meals a little different and try new things. you'll be happy you did once the scale starts moving again! keep fighting my friends...and remember "make today better than yesterday"
457.4 lb Lost so far: 221.2 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
