up .2 muscle, up .2 fat. I binged after dinner. I was just so hungry. I ate a thick pb, jam & banana sandwich on Dave's killer BrEaD with a glass of oat milk
146.4 lb Lost so far: 51.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
