Agh! What's happening? I look better, feel better but every time i step on the scale i'm just a little bit heavier! Although I really have been eating alot of crap until very recently...which also negatively impacted my bank account. And I started eating a couple of things that were off limits like peanuts (and peanut butter) bananas ice cream, sausage, mayo and eggs. Good fat/bad fat argument aside they are all high in fat. and when i was steering clear i was losing. Oh and i quit smoking! but since i've been looking pretty good in my new summer outfits (and bathing suit!) it's easier to make the right choices so i have been eating much better the last couple of days. And i walked about an hour yesterday on the beach. and will go for a walk today as well. i have a dr's appt on the 22nd of june for a follow-up and i would like to have lost at least 4 pounds by then. Goal 4lbs lost by 6/22. Solution: Walk everyday even if its only 15 minutes, keep under 20 grams of fat and reduce sugar intake.
