1233 kcal Fat: 36.21g | Prot: 97.77g | Carb: 135.38g.   Breakfast: 2% borden cheese slice, light cream cheese, oscar meyer turkey smoked sausage, smuckers simply fruit jelly, red pepper, onion, carb balance tortilla, egg beaters . Lunch: Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), squash,  string beans, grilled chicken, diced tomatoes. Dinner: bread pudding, zucchini, oscar meyer turkey smoked sausage, carb balance tortilla. Snacks/Other: apple butter, light cream cheese, plain rice cake quaker, skippy honey peanut butter, banana,  beef jerky, Black & White Trail Mix. more...
