Intermittent Fasting with an eating window of 8:00pm to 1:00am. Usually eat between 8 and 10pm. Eating between 1300 and 1400 calories so far with my carb count at less than 10 grams. Percentages are 60%-70% Fat, 20%-40% Protein and 0% -10% carbs. Low to moderate exercise sometimes including weight lifting(right now inconsistent) not tracking water amounts but drinking water and no calorie/carb beverages when thirsty
311.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
