First day...stopped and bought salad things.
Skipped lunch..not on purpose...just kept trying to get ready to be
away for a few days and put it off until it was time to go home.

Water that I was worried about not so bad.

A little overwhelmed but kept bringing to mind the picture of me and Bern at her Jubilee.

Watching TV and waiting for my wash was hard because I usually snack then.
Drank water.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
