Finally below my starting weekend weight again. I'm still sick, I sound horrible. I have to lecture today and tomorrow I have an online interview! I skipped swimming in case the chlorine would make it worse. I really want this interview to go well and I can't imagine sounding like a troll will help.

I ellipticalled for 35 minutes. I'm currently starving. FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
