Now, doing protein shakes and veg. broth along with light meal once a day. Weight is dripping off. Loving it! Drink lots of water too! I am in a weightloss challenge right now and I have one week left to go. Wish me luck! Down 16 lbs since I started 9 weeks ago. Whooooya!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
