I have gained back 30 lbs. Time to get back on the wagon and start eating well again with the treat now and then. 1600 calories a day should help.
I'm going to start a food journal daily again. See if that helps. Also, I'm trying not to eat after 6pm. Tried that last night that was a tough. I think I will drink low sodium chk broth if I get hungry or drink water to fill the black hole that's always hungry down there. ha ha. I hope to be down 30 lbs by the end of June or start of July.

gained some weight through November and Birthdays and Holidays. I am trying to get back down and start losing again. We have to allow for some gainage during some of the Holidays in order to be a bit happy. We can always lose 2 lbs or so afterwards. Two Birthdays, and Turkey Day weekend was throughly enjoyed. Back on track now though. Waiting for another sweet cheat day during xmas. hee hee. That means I want to get down even lower in weight to allow for a few good cheat days during xmas, so worth the happiness of enjoying a little of everything. it's a food bank account, give and take ya know. it works though for me.

I need to fix a few things on diet and exercise. I am in a Total Body Makeover Contest and the weigh in is 8/27 and I want to win it. You win money to buy new clothes. hee hee. Wish me luck! Time to start really trying hard to get more weight off the healthy way. I actually had white steamed rice with steam veggies and a few pieces of shrimp for breakfast. Yes, weird craving for breakfast, but was good and available. xoxo to all trying to keep the healthy lifestyle for life.
