Starting to plateau...after being on Attack phase of Dukan Diet for 9 complete days...starting 10th now...not stopping this phase until I hit 339 lbs and will transition to next phase...plan to go to gym today and add cardio to give things a push...lost 14 lbs so far.
343.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Your down almost 7 pounds in less than a week. The body doesn't lose every day and needs time to adjust. Staying the same for a few days or more is normal.
