Ok, I'm serious now! I HAVE TO loose 16 lbs in the next month! I know it is doable, but it will definitely be a challenge. For the past 2 months I was stuck with pulling a 24 hour shift every 3 days, done with that now. Need to focus and NOT be lazy! One day at a time! May God please give me the strength and endurance to push myself to the MAX, today :)
