Back still giving me problems. I may have to break own and go to Dr. Pain hasn't let up any. I'm a miserable B****. Maybe Dance lass will help loosen the back and groin up.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
