early weigh in this week (only by 1 day!) as am leaving in the am for a much needed vacation. yes to the beach!!,(is there anywhere else??) can't wait till we get to move further south either on or close to the beach.. Will be soon!!.anyways, probably no weight Nxt week as I'll have no scales which may be a good thing, so I can't obsess about it. eat drink and be merry all week!! later dudes n dudettes!!
130.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
