Nothing to report. It's just really hot outside right now. Didn't feel like walking, but we did. Obsessing over how to do a web site for Mr Coco. Will I ever get it going?
156.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah Coco... it is hot here too... 90's! Too hot now. It's either freeze or sweat. I shouldn't complain... but still I am :)
