Hello again fatsecret!
I just delivered our adorable baby boy ten days ago!
I started out the pregnancy at 218 pounds and then during the pregnancy I gained 12 pounds. So, up until 10 days ago, I weighed 230 pounds!
Well, we are going to eat healthy and walk every day so that I can get down to a healthy weight while providing the adorable baby boy with enough nutrition since we're nursing.
The goal is to have both of us healthy and happy!
So I'll be eating normally, but trying to get enough walking in.
216.6 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 76.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
